Shipping Policy

Tick Tock Goes The Clock ships FREE in the Continental US and makes every effort to ship your item(s) as quickly as possible. Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 24–72 business hours of the sale. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

  • We do not deliver to PO and APO/FPO box addresses.
  • Products shipped to an address within the state of Texas will be charged applicable sales tax.
  • Packages cannot be re-routed while in transit.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service department to receive an RMA number and instructions on how to obtain a replacement item.

U.S. Shipping

All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx. In certain cases—such as replacements, etc.—we will send your order using USPS Priority Mail.

Additionally, we offer different shipping options, such as faster delivery, for customers seeking expeditious delivery of their order. Unfortunately at this time, we do not deliver to customers in Alaska and Hawaii.

To view the shipping charges to your location, add the item(s) you wish to purchase to the shopping cart. Next, click on the Shipping Rates button within the cart. In the new window that opens, type in your five-digit zip code and click Get Rates.

Delivery Times

UPS & FedEx transit times within the US range between 1–6 business days. They do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Therefore, an item shipped Next Day Air on Friday will not arrive until Monday.
